What is the minimum order?+
It depends on the construction. The minimum for each patch type is shown in the catalog where applicable, then confirmed against your artwork when the request is priced.
What artwork do you need?+
Vector art gives the cleanest result - AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. PNG, JPG and GIF are accepted too. Artwork that needs adjustment for stitching or cutting is prepared before the proof.
Can I specify exact thread colors?+
Yes. Choose each color and leave a note about where it goes. Some constructions ask you to name the colors, and the form will guide you.
Do I see it before it is made?+
Yes. You receive a sample for approval first. Production does not begin until you approve the design.
Can I reorder a design later?+
Finished designs stay on your account, so a repeat run can start from the approved design.
How do I get an account?+
Accounts are set up for a club or business. If yours is already with us, your usual contact can add you; otherwise, get in touch using the details at the bottom of this page and we can set one up.
